New users: Download Strategic Blackjack Version 1.1, (485kb, updated 9/19/99) save it as BLACKJ99.EXE in the directory you want it to run from. Run BLACKJ99.EXE either from Windows or dos(Self-extracting), then run "BJ.EXE" to run Strategic Blackjack.
